The EU Slow Walks, Loses a Deal and US Troops

President Donald Trump hits European Union-made automobiles with a 25% tariff, after the EU stalled the deal he offered it in July. The head of the European Parliament’s trade committee called the US an “unreliable partner.” And the president is withdrawing 5,000 troops from Germany, saying Spain and Italy may be next.
