[Update: An Illinois hospital has suspended the vaccination of its staff after four employees experienced adverse effects. Three of those employees are said to be recovering while the fourth is still receiving medical treatment.]
With the warp speed, experimental COVAXX (Covid Vaccine) arriving just in time for Christmas (stocking stuffer?) Vice President Mike Pence and his wife, Karen, received their jabs early Friday morning in front of TV cameras. After being administered his shot, Pence stated:
“We gather here today at the end of a historic week to affirm to the American people that hope is on the way. Karen and I were more than happy to step forward before this week was out to take this safe and effective coronavirus vaccine that we have secured and produced for the American people. It’s truly an inspiring day. We wanted to step forward and take this vaccine to assure the American people that while we cut red tape, we cut no corners.”
The word from the Biden team is that Joe and his wife, Jill Biden, will be getting their televised coronavirus vaccinations early next week. Anthony Fauci has also stated he would take the vaccine as soon as it is made available to him. Fauci is very likely to change his mind on that, however, as he does on most things pertaining to COVID-19, including lockdowns, masks, the mortality rate, and whether or not it’s safe to hook up with a stranger during a pandemic (go right ahead, says Fauci.)
A PR Exercise?
Surgeon General Jerome Adams also got his coronavirus vaccine alongside the vice president and the second lady. Afterward, he made some interesting comments in a clear attempt to quell historically justifiable fears felt by many black Americans about mass vaccination. Adams referenced the appalling and shameful Tuskegee experiments conducted on poor blacks between 1932 and 1972 by the U.S. Public Health Service – the precursor to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control.). This story, along with that of William Thompson, the CDC Whistleblower, who in 2015 claimed he and his colleagues at CDC destroyed data demonstrating a dramatic increase in autism in black boys after getting the MMR vaccine, is more than enough to warrant trepidation about the COVAXX among black Americans.
The experimental Warp Speed coronavirus vaccine was developed faster than any vaccine in history – in 6 months, as opposed to the 8-10 years vaccines typically take to develop. As such, the safety trials for this experimental Pfizer vaccine were only two months in duration, so there is no long-term safety data available. Such information will be collected in real-time as Americans get the vaccine and report adverse events – or “responses” in the media’s novel parlance meant to tamp down the public’s justifiable suspicions.
Full Speed Ahead
Moderna’s experimental vaccine has now also received emergency use authorization from the FDA. There are many similarities shared by the two vaccines, including no long-term safety trials and adverse events, including transverse myelitis, bell’s palsy, and death. The differences between the two are minimal: the experimental Pfizer vaccine has to be stored at dramatic, sub-zero temperatures and requires a special freezer for transportation, while the experimental Moderna vaccine can be delivered to its destinations in a regular freezer. The federal government has already bought 100 million doses of the Pfizer vaccine, which will be enough for 50 million Americans as it is a two-dose protocol.
Britain’s sadly inept Health Secretary, Matt Hancock, uncritically accepted Neil Ferguson’s disastrously erroneous Imperial College model that predicted 2.3 million coronavirus deaths in the U.S. He ignored the more than 50,000 doctors and scientists who signed the Great Barrington Declaration over grave concerns about lockdown policies. Now, Hancock is reporting a mutant strain of COVID-19 in the U.K. that could resist current state-approved vaccines. If true, this is a confounder in attempts to curb the pandemic with a jab.
With talk of adverse events, compulsory vaccinations, travel restrictions, and the onset of seasonal flu, it appears we are either in for the “dark winter” Joe Biden predicted, or the “inspiring day” Vice President Pence is affirming. No matter which, we are definitely in uncharted terrain – and sailing without a map.
