During the run-up to the election, the activist media – with the aid of their friends in big tech – took the Hunter Biden story and buried it so deep millions of Americans never heard of it. However, doing their dirty work in plain sight appears not to have fooled the good citizens of the United States.
Rasmussen Reports conducted a national survey this week, and 52% said the news media covered up the story to help get Joe Biden elected. Another 32% said the sordid tale of Hunter Biden was a “partisan hit job,” and 17% say they aren’t sure.

Interestingly, more than half of those polled – 56% – “believe it is likely Joe Biden was consulted about and perhaps profited from his son’s overseas business deals including at least one involving a company in mainland China,” Rasmussen reported.
Now that these same media outlets say the election is over, it seemed proper for them to report on Biden-the-younger’s shady business dealings. Just this week, Biden-the-very-elder went from saying “I’m proud of my son” to muttering “I’m confident” that his son will prevail in a federal probe that continues to grow.
The news blackout occurred before the election when it was revealed that Hunter forgot to pick up his laptop, which was subsequently turned over to the FBI. The Bureau said little to nothing about its involvement before the election, but once the electoral stars began to align in Joe Biden’s favor, the story began to break wide open.

Thus, the drip, drip, drip in the activist media finally got underway. What began as a criminal investigation into Hunter for tax evasion has now turned into a potential money laundering probe. Meanwhile, Joe’s brother, James, is under a federal investigation in the Western District of Pennsylvania regarding a hospital business in which he is involved. Based on information from Hunter’s laptop, there are significant questions about influence peddling within the Biden family as well. But Americans apparently did not need to know any of this before casting their vote on November 3. Weeks before the election, all this was nothing more than a “right-wing hit job” to sully the good name of Joe Biden.

The longtime senator and former vice president ran on issues of integrity. He claimed he knew nothing of his son’s business dealings despite Hunter Biden’s laptop emails that indicate the lifelong politician was getting a cut of the money raked in from foreign actors.
The whole thing is one big sloppy mess that the media determined should be omitted from its news coverage until now. Is it any surprise that the Rasmussen poll reveals that a whopping 76% of those who have been following the Hunter Biden saga believe that “the media deliberately ignored the story before Election Day to help Joe Biden”? Another “72% think the president-elect is likely to have been consulted about and perhaps profited from his son’s overseas dealings,” according to the survey.
So, it seems the media blackout may have worked in keeping Americans in the dark regarding the shady dealings of the Biden family. However, this survey reveals Americans are not foolish and fully comprehend the trick that was played on them by the media wing of the Democratic Party. Abraham Lincoln once asserted, “You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all the time.” But perhaps the best advice comes from the rock group The Who – they recorded a song back in 1971 called “Won’t Get Fooled Again.”
