It’s another moment that makes one wonder: Do the American people truly understand the full extent of the colossal human suffering caused by not having a secure border? Congressional testimony detailing the horrors of illegal alien trafficking, including savage sexual assaults against children and the harvesting of their organs for profit, suggests the nightmare is far worse than many can fathom.
Alicia Hopper is a consultant on human trafficking for Sadulski Enterprises, a firm that specializes in the issue. On Nov. 19, at a joint hearing, she appeared before the House Committee on Homeland Security and two subcommittees. Her words were staggering. ‘Screams of Migrant Women and Children’
Hopper began by describing a recent trip made to Jacumba, California. There, she met with a property manager “overseeing a large, unfenced border property” in the area, “a site frequently exploited by cartels and traffickers for migrant smuggling.”
Migrants are led down two paths, depending on how much money they have paid the cartel escorting them into America. On one path, “higher-paying migrants from Asia, the Middle East, and Turkey are funneled through a route that shows little evidence of exploitation,” Hopper explains. “However, the second path, designated for poorer migrants from Central and South America, reveals a much darker reality. The property manager told us of the consistent screams of migrant women and children being sexually assaulted – screams that are heard regularly along this path.”

“In one instance, a young, bloodied girl being chased ran up to him on the property,” Hopper continued. “I walked both paths, and evidence of sexual assault was apparent on the second path. I found torn clothing indicative of exploitation, particularly of young female teenagers.” Tragically, the violence against vulnerable children at the border goes beyond rape.
Children “are often sold to traffickers” when desperate families discover they cannot pay unexpected charges demanded by the coyotes who man the various smuggling routes, Hopper says. It sounds unthinkable, but force is no doubt applied, and the alternative is being abandoned in terrain so harsh and unforgiving that death is a likely outcome.
Selling a Child’s Eye in Mexico
Organ harvesting of illegal alien kids is also being conducted with the complicity of Americans, Hopper asserts. “During a recent interview I conducted in a Central American prison, a convicted trafficker described organs being harvested in places like veterinary clinics in Merida, Mexico,” she told House members in her verbal testimony. The inmate recounted a case of three livers being removed and stated that such organs are “often sold to US buyers.”
Migrant children are specifically targeted by those who ply this gruesome trade, Hopper stressed. “Mainly for the fact that they are vulnerable, they are unable to fight back and, as horrid as this sounds, their organs are more intact and in better shape.” Reminder: a human heart is worth as much as $1 million in the organ market.
“My colleague Dr. Jarrod Sadulski testified last year about a 12-year-old boy whose eye was harvested in Mexico for $15,000,” Hopper noted in her prepared statement.
The scale of this humanitarian catastrophe, being perpetrated on or along the path to US soil, becomes all the more stunning when one considers the sheer volume of child migrants involved. More than 529,000 children have entered the US during the Biden administration, The New York Post highlighted. An August report by the Office of Inspector General for the Department of Homeland Security reveals that more than 291,000 unaccompanied minors have been set free into the US interior without an immigration court date. Biden officials have completely lost track of an additional 32,000 unaccompanied minors who were issued court dates.
What terrors were inflicted on these kids as they crossed over the border, and how will it permanently affect them as they go on to reside in cities and towns throughout America? These children are experiencing the worst humanity has to offer at an age when they are most defenseless, yet pro-migrant activists assure us they will seamlessly adjust to life in the US and develop into valuable members of society. Reality suggests otherwise.
