District Attorney Fani Willis on Monday, August 14, brought a 41-count indictment against former President Donald Trump over his efforts in Georgia after the 2020 election. Ms Willis accuses Trump of a number of serious felonies including charges under the RICO act, which further encompasses another 18 defendants, including former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani, former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, as well as Trump attorneys Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell.
