Illegals Crime Report – Nov 29 – Dec 5

Illegal immigration may be a hot topic for politicians running for office, but as Americans, it should be an even greater area of concern. The left is determined to make us an open border country, allowing any and everyone in, no matter their criminal background. That’s why I feel it is important to highlight the serious crimes committed by so many illegal immigrants in this weekly report.

Week of Nov. 29 – Dec. 5

This is not an analysis, but rather a report of the more serious crimes committed by illegal aliens. While there may have been many more, hundreds even, arrests of illegal aliens for simple infractions, here we concentrate only on the most dangerous of offenses.

Daniel Enrique Fabian

Teen Raped During Video Game

Pasco County, FL

Daniel Enrique Fabian, 18, allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl while playing a video game and broadcasting live. A witness, another gamer playing Grand Theft Auto, said he heard Fabian brag that he was about to have sex. The suspect reportedly left his microphone on and the gamer could hear a girl in the background repeatedly saying “no.” The victim told police that Fabian had shoved her onto the bed and prevented her from being able to resist. DNA evidence linked him to the crime.

Fabian came to the United States 17 years ago on a visitor’s visa but apparently never left. “DHS can confirm Daniel Enrique Fabian entered the United States on a B-2 visitor visa in 2001 from Peru. As a reminder a B-2 is only for up to six months. Fabian did not reapply and remains illegally present in the United States,” a Homeland Security official said.

Since Fabian is only 18 and came to the U.S. 17 years ago, that means he was only a year old at the time of entry and could have been eligible for the Obama-era DACA program. He was charged with lewd and lascivious battery.

This is the second time this month that an illegal immigrant was caught committing a crime live on video or audio. Liberty Nation reported on the other incident as well, when 29-year-old Luis Cobos-Cenobio took several shots at police officers, even going up to the police vehicle and shooting directly into the windshield.

12 Companies Vow to Help ICE

New York, NY

...willing to go against the sanctuary status of the city to help protect its citizens.

On a positive note, there are now 12 more companies in New York that will be helping ICE by joining the “ICE Mutual Agreement between Government and Employers” or IMAGE program. According to the U.S. Immigration and Customs website, to qualify for the program “partners agree to conduct a self-assessment of their hiring practices to uncover vulnerabilities that could be exploited by unauthorized workers; enroll in E-verify, an employment eligibility verification program; train staff on IMAGE Best Employment Practices and the use of new screening tools; and undergo a Form I-9 audit by ICE.” The companies belonged to five corporations and all of them own at least one 7-Eleven franchise.

This is indeed good news in the battle against illegal immigration. At least there are companies out there concerned about hiring illegals and are willing to go against the sanctuary status of the city to help protect its citizens.
