Illegals Crime Report – February 15 – 21

Illegal immigration is more than just a talking point for politicians looking to win or stay in office. The left is determined to make us an open border country, allowing everyone in, regardless of criminal background. That’s why it’s important to demonstrate the serious crimes committed by so many illegal immigrants in this weekly report. This is not an analysis, but rather a highlight of the more serious offenses committed by these aliens. While there may have been many more – hundreds even – arrests of illegal aliens for simple infractions, here we concentrate only on the most dangerous.

Week of February 15-21

Jesse Jacinto

Sexual Assault of a Minor

Iredell County, NC

A 20-year-old man who fled from authorities in the later part of 2018 was detained at the U.S.-Mexico border trying to cross back into the states. The Iredell Sheriff’s Office said that the suspect, Jesse Jacinto, was wanted in connection to an alleged sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl. The victim was interviewed at the Dove House Children’s Advocacy Center in Statesville, where she told investigators she had been assaulted by Jacinto.

Witnesses indicated to authorities that Jacinto had fled the area in October and was likely headed to Mexico. On Jan. 24, authorities detained Jacinto at the Laredo, TX border and extradited him to Iredell County to face charges of felony statutory rape of a child. His bond was set at $250,000.

Magdilio Diaz-Vasquez

Previously Deported Immigrant Repeatedly Raped Child

Quarryville, PA

At least this one is off the streets. A Guatemalan national, Magdilio Diaz-Vasquez, 22, was living in the area illegally when he repeatedly raped a 12-year-old girl for several months. He pleaded guilty to rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, and corruption of minors, and faces six to 12 years in prison.

Several years prior, Diaz-Vasquez had been deported to Guatemala. Now, he will face felony federal charges for illegal re-entry into the United States when he is released from prison.

Andres Villarrealmercado

Illegal Alien Repeatedly Raped 15-Year-Old

McCracken County, KS

On February 15, Andres Villarrealmercado was arrested and charged with three counts of first-degree rape. The victim is a 15-year-old female who was assaulted between the months of March and May in 2016.

Authorities said Villarrealmercado was in the United States illegally. He was arrested without incident and is being held in the McCracken County jail on a $100,000 bond.
