Horsing Around in Florida Can be Big Trouble!

Whoa, Nellie.  When you hit the bars in Florida, beware of their strict DUI laws.  When Donna Byrne of Lakeland, Florida decided to tie one on, she also untied her faithful pony and hit the road.  When cops reined her to a stop on a busy highway, her blood alcohol level tested twice the legal limit.  Her horse had not been imbibing and passed his breathalyzer and field sobriety test before dropping his head and partaking in roadside roughage.  The cowgirl was eventually arrested for driving under the influence and animal neglect.
