Armed with the facts and figures of illegal aliens thriving at the Texas-Mexico border, officials pointed a finger directly by calling out Joe Biden and his party’s reckless immigration policies as the culprit. Texas Governor Greg Abbott and Department of Safety Director Steve McCraw left no Democrat unscathed at a Mission, TX press conference.
After participating in an aerial tour of the area, Abbott explained he had just witnessed 21 illegal aliens hop off a raft and wade across the border into Texas. They apparently had no fear of being apprehended. The governor addressed a gaggle of press and lambasted the current president:
“In all of last year, in the Rio Grande Valley sector, there were about 90,000 apprehensions. Just this year, there have been 108,000 apprehensions there. More than 800 criminal aliens have been arrested this year, including violent MS-13 gang and drug cartel members.”
It is becoming crystal clear that Biden’s overlooking of illegal aliens is simply a humanitarian crisis for American citizens and aliens alike. Imagine that.
Steve McCraw reiterated Abbott’s assessment, adding: “They move ammunition, weapons, and cash …”
No One is Illegal
“No one is illegal” is a slogan in use by groups propagandizing the border crisis. But the truth is that, yes, there are illegal aliens, and this country has been inundated since Mr. Biden took office. Although he believes he is the great humanitarian president, Biden is allowing and fostering and imposing an inhumane environment.
Biden repealed many of the Trump administration’s safeguards and reinstated Obama’s look-the-other-way program known as “catch and release.” And that has the attention of Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council. He was also part of the show and tell day for reporters.
As Judd explained:
“This is not a Republican vs. Democrat issue. It’s an issue that impacts American citizens. The catch and release program is allowing cartels to prey upon the innocent. Now, because of current policy, cartels are allowed to go into other countries and advertise their services – encouraging women and children to put their fate in their hands.”
How is it that Americans’ lives are seemingly unimportant in the wake of a “woke” political play?
Judd further implored the Biden administration: “Get rid of the catch and release program. Give us judges to adjudicate the asylum process as people enter the country. There are simple solutions. We saw under the Trump administration how illegal immigration went down to historic lows.”
Granted, that last sentiment by Judd — giving props to Trump — probably incited the new administration to fling open the gates even further. But there are still cooler minds set to prevail in law enforcement.

“I’ve written about many instances where illegal immigrants were released without notifying ICE only to commit another horrible crime. Some of these were accused of or even convicted of rape, child rape, and murder, and yet they were allowed to go back into society and hurt other people. Catch and release is frightening — we don’t arrest alleged (legally present) murderers and just allow them free reign on society, so why should we allow people in the country illegally, especially any with a criminal background, to roam free?”
Exactly. C’mon man, who are you trying to kid, Mr. Biden?
