There’s a common theme among those who become part of the Heroes of the Resistance movement. Liberals often exploit people and weaponize their information – regardless of its validity – to levy cheap attacks against President Donald Trump. But once the attacks no longer work, the left and the anti-Trump media toss the individual to the side and begin their quest to find the next person willing to say whatever it takes to bring down the president.
Perhaps no greater examples of this are former White House aide Omarosa Manigault-Newman and adult film star Stormy Daniels. The legacy media gave Manigault-Newman unlimited air time to promote her book, despite the fact that she’s a proven liar and likely broke the law by secretly recording conversations in the White House situation room. The media have also given Daniels and her “creepy porn lawyer,” Michael Avenatti, a wave of free television time to smear Trump and spill salacious details about Daniels’ alleged affair from almost 12 years ago.
The latest pawn in the left’s game is Christine Blasey Ford, the Palo Alto University college professor who recently accused Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her nearly four decades ago while at a high school party. Ford is heralded as a hero for waiting 36 years to accuse Kavanaugh of misconduct. Her motivation, she claims, was not politically motivated.
Honored for her “courage” in bringing unverified accusations against Kavanaugh.
According to The Hill, Ford will be publicly honored by the Palo Alto City Council in late October for her “courage” in bringing unverified accusations against Kavanaugh just a few weeks before his confirmation hearing after largely remaining silent for more than 35 years.
Palo Alto Mayor Liz Kniss said she plans to honor Ford on Oct. 29, though she’s unsure if the college professor will even show up because “nobody seems to know where she is.”
Kniss admitting nobody knows where Ford is won’t come as a surprise to many. Ford is the same woman who testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee earlier this month that she avoided coming forward for so long because she was petrified of flying on an airplane to Washington, D.C. Yet, she has had no issues flying on planes several times a year when traveling for exotic vacations, many of which were to locations outside of the United States.
Aside from both the FBI and Senate Judiciary Committee releasing reports indicating that no evidence or witnesses can corroborate her claims that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her at a high school party in the early 1980s, Ford is still being lauded for giving liberals the ammunition they needed to try to destroy Kavanaugh’s life.
Much like Manigault-Newman and Daniels, Ford is applauded by the media and liberals for “bravely” coming forward with information that can be twisted and used against Trump.
While there’s a common theme that occurs after the left exploits and weaponizes unverified gossip to score cheap political points against the president, the same things tend to happen to these Heroes of the Resistance.
On To the Next One
Daniels is back to stripping in second-tier cities, and Manigault-Newman is nowhere to be found after making a bevy of uncorroborated claims about Trump administration officials so salacious they belonged on the front page of a tabloid.
The left will move on to its next pawn.
And now, apparently, no one knows where Ford is and what she is doing after coming forward with shoddy, last-minute allegations against Kavanaugh. Democratic lawmakers eyeing possible 2020 presidential runs and activists disguised as journalists used Ford’s claims to grandstand and further advance their own careers.
Ford was nothing more than an excuse for the left to engage in mob tactics and completely bypass due process and the rule of law. Now that the allegations failed to thwart Kavanaugh’s nomination, Ford will likely continue to fade away. And the left will move on to its next pawn in the never-ending battle to take down Trump.
