Illegal Immigrant Crimes by the Numbers

by | Jun 25, 2018 | Crime & Punishment

It seems like almost every candidate running for office over the last few decades — from president to dog catcher — has promised a tough stance on crime. That is, until 2016, when American values were flagrantly and viciously disrespected in favor of a “one world order,” George Soros style. All Hell broke loose in what some are calling the second civil war between liberals and conservatives over one issue: illegal immigration.

Angel Families

Bloodied and embattled, emotional and angry — has the chasm between friends, family, and Americans grown into an abyss that is impossible to bridge?

Two Faces of Immigration

There are two faces of illegal immigration. Americans who rely on the elite media have only been introduced to one: the heart-string-tugging plight of families crossing the harsh desert seeking a better life; the children of illegal immigrants, labelled by the Democrats as “Dreamers,” who have lived as Americans for decades and want to stay in the land of seemingly endless bounty.

The other face is hideous: a lingering monster invading the lives of the innocent.

Illegal: From Casual to Criminal

There are 330 ports of entry along the 1,954 mile stretch of the U.S.-Mexico border, that process day entries and sort out the necessary paperwork with those who seek asylum or temporary visas. There is absolutely no excuse to bypass legal immigration pathways, yet in the last six months 59,113 people, including 3,133 unaccompanied minors, have been caught attempting to cross in unauthorized locations. Although they have broken the law, this is not considered a criminal offense, and those with otherwise clean records are deported.

And then we have the oft deported, repeat offenders that get into minor scrapes with the law and are summarily processed and sent packing, only to return illegally and continue on their crime sprees, almost with impunity.  And most of the blame can be laid squarely on former President Obama’s shoulders.

In 2015, Obama scrapped an ICE program called Secure Communities, that compared fingerprints of all illegal immigrants processed through American state and local jails with Homeland Security databases, assuring illegals would serve time before being deported.

The replacement which now stands is the Priority Enforcement Program (PEP), or as detractors like to call it, the “Pretend Enforcement Program,” as it caters to frequent offenders. In a nutshell, PEP demands ICE ignore these risk factors:

  • The illegal immigrant had been deported before January 1, 2014;
  • The illegal immigrant was convicted of identity theft, immigration fraud, drug possession, or crimes related to unlawfully residing in the United States; OR
  • The illegal immigrant meets a long list of vaguely-defined “humanitarian” concerns, including if they have family members in the United States, ties to the community, or health issues.

Yes, now you know why crimes committed by illegal aliens have continued — no one has been allowed to stop them. And that horrifies the families of armed robbery, rape, and murder victims who are forever lost at the hands of an illegal immigrant.

Victims of Illegal Immigrant Crime

The elitist media will not report these crimes, but President Trump is ensuring that their stories are never forgotten. He held a press event where victims of heinous crimes committed by illegals were remembered, all at the culmination of a week-long assault on the administration’s ‘zero tolerance’ policy. Liberty Nation’s Jeff Charles has the whole story, a must-read for anyone who wants to uphold immigration laws. Each family member made a chilling reference to the leftist attacks on the government over the separation of families at the border, by reminding people that, “our separation is permanent.”

These stories must be told to counter the lack of attention given by our own American news media.  The press indifference is palpable and almost criminal. These victims were innocent. They were violated by persons who were not legally in our country and their deaths were completely preventable.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has determined that 115,717 murders were committed in the U.S. from 2003 through 2009. The General Accounting Office estimates that criminal immigrants committed 25,064 of these murders.

Aren’t those numbers worthy of consideration?

Rise Up With Facts

After a week of repetitive false reporting from the complicit media, not only was former President Barack Obama scurrying to explain horrific photos of kids in cages dating back to his scandal-free reign, but the Trump administration was forced into fielding an onslaught of accusations from across the globe. All the while, Americans became further divided over the lack of factual information.

Now the facts are front and center and should be shared with impunity. The truth will not retreat. The question looms as fear skips down the spine of a frustrated electorate: is America on the brink of her second civil war? How can she not be, when neither side will concede in their interpretation of the laws of the land? Arm yourselves with the facts and stand firm.
