The Department of Health and Human Services finally responded to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request by Judicial Watch filed back in May – and the results are damning for the so-called “compassionate” Biden administration. The HHS Office of Refugee Resettlement was forced to release 41 pages of records itemizing 33 sexual abuse allegations by unaccompanied migrant children.
The sad news is that the newly released records only covered the period between January 21 to February 26 of this year. A press release made public today, September 22, by Judicial Watch exposed “ten allegations of sex abuse made against the staff and ‘non-staff’ members of federal government contractors.” Another 21 incidents of child-on-child assaults were disclosed while the children were housed in government contracted care facilities.

Commenting on the startling revelation by HHS, President of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton said, “It is no surprise that Biden administration’s enabling of human trafficking has resulted in violence and the abuse of children.” Meanwhile, the administration has admitted to losing track of thousands of illegal immigrant children after releasing them into the U.S. population.
