The Colorado Supreme Court has ruled that former President Donald Trump shall be removed from the 2024 primary ballot for his role in events at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021. A 4-3 decision by the court states that the enforcement will not take place until January 4, 2024, giving Donald Trump time to appeal to the US Supreme Court.
