The federal targets for the Trump administration’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) appear limitless. The operation to dramatically reduce the size of the DC Leviathan is off to a brisk start, but there are still numerous fat softballs hanging in the air just begging for an aluminum bat. Among those entities awaiting scrutiny, one must count the lavishly funded and stridently woke Smithsonian Institution.
The Smithsonian, best known as America’s national museum complex, received $1.09 billion in taxpayer money for fiscal year 2024. How is your hard-earned dough being spent? Liberty Nation News has previously documented the Institution’s efforts to propagandize for one-world government and craft a racial test that examines “aspects and assumptions of whiteness and white culture.”
Here’s what it has been up to lately: conducting a tour of America to highlight the intrinsic racism lurking in the hearts of Americans.
Smithsonian Experts Are Here to ‘Help’ You
“The Bias Inside Us is a community engagement project featuring a Smithsonian traveling exhibition, the centerpiece for local programs and activities that raise awareness about the science and history of bias and what people can do about it,” the Institution’s website devoted to the venture explains.
It is clearly identified as a Smithsonian production. “The Bias Inside Us is organized by the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service,” the website states.
“We want to help people understand and counter their implicit biases,” the enterprise proclaims.
As the price of a dozen eggs soars over the $10 mark at supermarkets across America, one can think of a billion reasons for taxpayers to be apoplectic over such radical activism being carried out on their dime.
“National Partners & Advisors” working with the Smithsonian on the project include the Harvard University Department of Psychology and the thoroughly discredited Southern Poverty Law Center’s Teaching Tolerance Project.
An organization called Facing History & Ourselves is also a listed partner. The name of this heavily connected group tells you all you need to know about its agenda: defining America as a nation founded on and steeped in racism throughout its history. Disturbingly, FH&O focuses its work on America’s schools.
A look at the lesson plans FH&O has produced for the classroom marks another dreary stroll through the racially obsessed wokeism of the past 15-odd years that has now mercifully fallen out of fashion in 2025:

‘I Can Understand How My Brain Works’
The Bias Inside Us tour’s next stop is Boulder, CO, on Feb. 22. A listing for that engagement details the mission of the Smithsonian program, which has been on the road in stops across the United States since 2021.
The tour “is an exploration of the social science, psychology, and consequences of implicit bias,” the post reads. “Bias is an innate human trait; we all have it. Being aware of our bias can help us recognize their influence and impact on our behaviors and worldview.”
How much taxpayer money has been spent on this mental manipulation?
An “online exhibition” on the website begins with flashed messages about “the racism inside us,” “the homophobia inside us,” and “the ableism inside us.”
You’re human. It is inescapable that you have such horrible “isms” embedded inside your brain, the Smithsonian decrees. But fear not. You can be re-educated.
“Our world is structured in ways that reinforce and reflect systemic bias. But change is possible. Every big institutional structure was built and can therefore be rebuilt. It just takes work,” the presentation asserts.
The “conclusion” offers solutions that are straight out of A Clockwork Orange.
“Know my bias. I can understand how my brain works, and how we develop bias from our environment. I can identify where bias might appear in my everyday life and interactions, in both subtle and big ways,” Step One states.
“Take responsibility. I can become aware of bias and catch it in the act,” Step Two declares.
“Make a change. I can work to undo the systemic injustices in my community, locally, nationally, and internationally. I can stand up as an ally. I can reflect on my own internalized biases to build respect for myself and others,” Step Three offers.
This is the essence of what outrages a general public that has shown overwhelming support for the DOGE drive to cut the federal sugar daddy off at the knees. Credentialed elites such as the Smithsonian and its Harvard University psych comrades are diagnosing American citizens as diseased individuals whose brains need to be cleansed, using hard-earned taxpayer dollars to coast on the backs of the very people they are cruelly and unfairly denigrating.
