READ IN FULL: Trump Appeals Manhattan DA Case

Get all the facts without the spin.

On Monday, October 27, President Donald Trump’s legal team filed a 111-page appeal of his New York conviction that followed a contentious prosecution led by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. The appeal was filed with the New York State Supreme Court. The appeal calls for the complete dismissal of the “most politically charged prosecution in our Nation’s history.”

Trump was found guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records after a trial in New York. The case was put on hold until 2029, when the 47th president leaves office.

A spokesman for the president’s legal representative in this case told Fox News Digital, “President Trump’s legal team filed a powerhouse appeal in the Manhattan DA’s Witch Hunt, as the President continues his fight to put an end to the Radical Democrat Lawfare once and for all.

“The Supreme Court’s historic decision on Immunity, the Federal and New York State Constitutions, and other established legal precedent mandate that this meritless hoax be immediately overturned and dismissed.”

At Liberty Nation News, we believe in presenting the facts. As such, we publish the appeal for you to READ IN FULL:
