Major Court Ruling Cripples Biden’s Vaccine Mandates – Again

“The Constitution does not need to be rewritten; it needs to be reread.” – Michael Yoder

President Joe Biden and his administration find it hard to be stars of Thug Life while being so unpopular and out of sync with the laws set by the old standard, the U.S. Constitution. After being smacked silly by the courts for an egregious overreach on dismantling the “remain in Mexico” policy, the robed ones have now lobbed another ace serve. This time at the September 9 vaccine mandates for all federal employees. Mr. Biden has been as cavalier and snappish as a man who wants simply to get his way – damn the rest.

Unfortunately, for this administration, attitude and the law of the land did not go hand in hand. Twenty plaintiffs sued Mr. Biden, and a good portion of his executive staff in a civil action filed just days ago. The plaintiffs’ attorney, Michael Yoder, who probably carries a pocket-sized Constitution in his blazer, went on the record with Fox News:

“The Biden administration has shown an unprecedented, cavalier attitude toward the rule of law and an utter ineptitude at basic constitutional contours. This combination is dangerous to American liberty. Thankfully, our Constitution protects and secures the right to remain free from religious persecution and coercion.”

Similarly, a U.S. District Court jurist issued a minute order forcing the Biden folks to respond without haste to her ruling disallowing active and civilian federal employees to be fired while awaiting the full edict – being plaintiffs — on the grounds of religious freedom. As Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly ruled, “None of the civilian employee plaintiffs will be subject to discipline while his or her request for a religious exception is pending.”

Where Did Joe Go So Wrong?

Biden and his fellow administration executives appear to need a 100% COVID vaccine success to lord it over any political opponents and showcase to the world that he is presidential. Unfortunately, that isn’t working: Scranton Joe has been slapped with multiple lawsuits from federal employees and states, in addition to embarrassing restraining orders and jurist reversals. His Democratic Party leadership is at war with progressives, and a couple of senators under the big tent have gone rogue, voting against the party line and not so much with Biden’s wishes.

The current occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. is a hot mess. His administration is beginning to separate and backstab one another if the rumor-mill is – as usual – anonymously correct.

Liberty Nation’s Senior Political Correspondent, Graham J. Noble, outlined the Biden administrations plan of attack, recently penning this opener:

“The hallmark of authoritarianism is an unrelenting propaganda campaign to convince the people everything they previously believed is not true and everything the regime tells them – no matter how incredulous it seems – is reality. In the U.S., of late, the political left has taken this practice to ridiculous extremes: Men can have babies, a $3.5 trillion spending bill ‘costs zero dollars,’ illegal immigrants don’t require vaccinations because they aren’t planning on remaining in the country, and fans at sporting events aren’t really chanting ‘f—k Joe Biden,’ but ‘let’s go Brandon!’”

Their plan almost worked: but then you have folks like Yoder stomping all over the unreality of this administration: “With this order, we are one step closer to putting the Biden administration back in its place by limiting government to its enumerated powers. It’s time citizens, and courts said no to tyranny. The Constitution does not need to be rewritten; it needs to be reread.”

Now, that guy is a contender for Thug Life.
