Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) is at it again. She never disappoints with her hyperbolic bloviating rhetoric. The California congresswoman who bears a striking resemblance to James Brown in drag (something about that hair) says she wants to “take out Trump.”
Mad Max threw her left hook at an event hosted by the Ali Forney Center in New York City recently. The organization is named after a gender-non-conforming teen who tragically died after getting shot in Harlem in 1997. No one twists tragedy for political purposes better than the left. It’s a gift.
Throwing red meat into a den of hungry lions, Mad Max was caught on tape saying she was so inspired by the occasion she felt ready to “take Trump out tonight.” The self-appointed Resistance leader has been calling for Trump’s impeachment for many months. Her most recent clarion call was on the MS – “DNC” network:
“Republicans should step up to the plate and confront the fact that this president appears to be unstable,” Waters said. “I believe that really has been collusion [with the Russians], and I do think that Special Counsel Mueller is going to connect those dots. But I think there’s enough now that we all know… that we should be moving on impeachment.”
This theme of mental instability regarding the president has been repeated often by Mad Max and is a consistent narrative of the extreme left. Just a few days ago, Liberty Nation wrote a first-hand report from someone who was in the room with the president and asked about Mr. Trump’s mental state. The question was laughed off by the interview subject who said the president was sharp as a tack, focused, energetic and spoke with conviction and clarity.
But Maxine never lets the facts get in the way of her anti-Trump narrative. Here are just a few of her notable quotables:
“Why do you think [Russians] hacked into our election? Because they have to make sure that Donald Trump got elected so that he could help them with what I think is a huuuuge deal, not only to lift these sanctions, but to take over, y’know, all of these Soviet countries and pull ’em back into the Soviet Union, so that they could have access it to all of these resources. It’s clear to me!”
“I think that when you saw Donald Trump absolutely calling Hillary Clinton crooked, the “lock her up, lock her up,” all of that was developed. I think that was developed strategically with people from the Kremlin, with Vladimir Putin.”
“I have a right to my anger, and I don’t want anybody telling me I shouldn’t be, that it’s not nice to be, and that something’s wrong with me because I get angry.”
Then there’s Mad Max trying to sound reflective and profound – all the while justifying extreme left-wing violence. “Riot is the voice of the unheard.”
Sometimes there’s truth in the trite. Perhaps one could postulate that Maxine Waters calling President Trump unstable is oh, so very much like the pot calling the kettle black.
Go back to the Left Coast Maxine, buy a new wig, take at least one or more anger management courses and please – above all – make an appointment with a therapist. No, make that a psychiatrist. Big Pharma could do wonders for your mental state.
