Rape of an Elementary School Girl

Charleston County, SC

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has placed a detainer on an illegal immigrant accused of raping an elementary school student. The suspect, Carlos Bartolo Rios, 29, allegedly touched the victim’s genitalia. The child told a school counselor about the events and went into more detail, saying the man also penetrated her. Rios reportedly showed the fourth-grader explicit videos and warned her not to tell anyone.

The suspect was arrested by the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals Office. After ICE lodged a detainer, Enforcement and Removal Operations Atlanta Acting Field Office Director John Tsoukaris said, “This case is an excellent example of ICE’s ongoing focus to prioritize its immigration enforcement efforts toward unlawfully present foreign nationals who pose a clear threat to public safety.”

Forces working toward immigration control have been a target for those who push the open borders agenda, and ICE has been accused of randomly targeting illegals. Tsoukaris said, “Despite attempts by some to confuse the public, ICE does not conduct any type of random or indiscriminate enforcement and the agency’s targeted enforcement efforts make communities safer for all persons whatever their immigration status may be.”

Religious Figure Sexually Abused Children

Mohamed Omar Ali, a 59-year-old Somali national, has been arrested and charged with one count of sexual assault of a child and three counts of indecency with a child. The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office said he was living in the United States illegally and taught the Quran to children throughout Texas and the nation.

The suspect allegedly earned the trust of parents who would then invite him to their homes. The sheriff’s office has reported four victims so far, all minors at the time of the alleged abuse. The assaults go back to at least 2013.

Currently, Ali is being held at the Fort Bend County Jail on a $125,000 bond and ICE has placed a detainer hold on him.

North Carolinians for Immigration Reform and Enforcement (NCFIRE)

December 2019

Each month, North Carolina organization NCFIRE posts a list of sexual crimes committed against children by illegal immigrants. The numbers are staggering – especially considering they’re just for one state. Take a look at the last four months’ worth of statistics.

September 2019

• 17 illegal immigrants were arrested.
• 39 charges of child rape and sexual abuse.

October 2019

• 30 illegal immigrants were arrested.
• 77 charges of child rape and sexual abuse.

November 2019

• 11 illegal immigrants were arrested.
• 27 charges of child rape and sexual abuse.

December 2019

• 17 illegal immigrants were arrested.
• 53 charges of child rape and sexual abuse.

This barely represents a drop in the bucket of just how many children are being sexually abused nationwide by people who shouldn’t have been here, to begin with.

Sanctuary cities and states are only making it easier for predators to remain in the country as they prey on U.S. children.
