Court of Appeals Rules Against Trump On Immunity – READ IN FULL

Tuesday, February 6, 2024, the Biden DOJ won a victory in the criminal prosecution of Donald J. Trump. The DC Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that Trump is not immune from prosecution because of his position as President of the United States.
