The Supreme Court considered the reversal of Roe v. Wade for less than two hours. The same happened during the Bruen gun control case last year. On Halloween, it heard over four and a half hours of arguments for and against maintaining legal race discrimination in the form of affirmative action. The issue was presented as two cases, both on the same issue. They are Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard and Students for Fair Admissions v. University of North Carolina. The Court is likely to rule on the case in early 2023.
