Maryland School Rape: Attorney Says Incident Was Consensual

Liberty Nation reported on 23 March that the media was ignoring the rape of a Maryland teenager -- in her school bathroom -- by two fellow students, at least one of whom is in the country illegally.

Last night on his Fox News program, Tucker Carlson interviewed the attorney representing the illegal immigrant accused of raping a fourteen-year-old girl in a high school bathroom in Rockville, Maryland.

In his usual contentious style, Carlson pressed the attorney who argued on national television that the sexual encounter was “not a rape in any sense.” He then went on to essentially impugn the character of the young lady who’s screams were heard emanating from the bathroom during the attack. This interview is stunning -- the defense strategy appears to be to blame the victim.
