A federal judge has rejected the government’s objections and ordered that emails from White House Chief Medical Adviser Anthony Fauci and Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre be made available in a social media censorship lawsuit brought by Louisiana and Missouri Attorneys General Jeff Landry and Eric Schmitt. The AGs allege the White House and executive agencies violated the First Amendment by attempting to control the flow of COVID information online via collusion with social media platforms.
The named parties have 21 days to comply.
