Illegals Crime Report – Sept 20-27

by | Sep 27, 2018 | Columns

Illegal immigration may be a hot topic for politicians running for office, but as Americans, it should be an even greater area of concern. The left is determined to make us an open border country, allowing any and everyone in, no matter their criminal background. That’s why I feel it is important to highlight the serious crimes committed by so many illegal immigrants in this weekly report.

Week of September 20 – September 27

This is not an analysis, but rather a report of the more serious crimes committed by illegal aliens. While there may have been many more, hundreds even, arrests of illegal aliens for simple infractions, here we concentrate only on the most dangerous of offenses.

Ernesto Carrillo Hernandez

Man Suspected of Killing Mother of Five

Dallas, TX

Ernesto Carrillo Hernandez, 32, is a suspect still at large who allegedly murdered a mother of five. Martha Alva, 35, and Hernandez had an on and off again relationship. Alva was a manager at TGI Fridays and Hernandez picked her up after her Friday evening shift. Her children became concerned when she did not show up for work the next morning as scheduled.

“I had a feeling something happened because she never misses work,” Destiny Osorio, 18, and the oldest sibling said of her mother. “She would put her all into this job. This job was what she lived off of to provide for us. This is very tough.”

Osorio is in college but said that she has to move on, as her mother would want. “‘I know if she was here, she would’ve been like, ‘Don’t let that stop you. You have to continue. You have to do better.’”

“I have to be the role model for my brothers now,” she added. “I would want them doing the same. I can’t let myself go no matter what.”

Hernandez was living in Monterey and did not have U.S. legal status. His car was found near the U.S.-Mexico border in Eagle Pass, Texas.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $5,000 reward to anyone with information leading to Hernandez’s arrest.

Former Peruvian Sergeant Arrested for “Santa Barbara Massacre”

San Angelo, TX

Fleeing to America after committing a crime in another country doesn’t mean you’ll get away with it. Just ask former Peruvian Army Second Sergeant Dennis Wilfredo Pacheco-Zambrano, 48, who is wanted for several counts of torture and homicide in Peru.

Pacheco-Zambrano is accused of alleged “torture, rape and extrajudicial killing of 15 Peruvian civilians in the rural village of Santa Barbara” on July 4, 1991, an event dubbed the “Santa Barbara Massacre. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) arrested Pacheco-Zambrano on September 20, 2018 after receiving a tip from the ICE Human Rights Violators and War Crimes Center (HRVWCC).

“Human rights violators will find no safe haven in the United States,” said Special Agent in Charge Katrina Berger, HSI Dallas.

“Since 2003, the HRVWCC has issued more than 75,000 subject records for individuals from more than 110 countries and stopped more than 260 suspected human rights violators and war criminals from entering the U.S. It has supported ICE’s removal of 908 known or suspected human rights violators from the U.S. and has facilitated the departure of an additional 122 such individuals. The HRVWCC’s support of the field has led to the arrest of more than 410 individuals for human rights-related violations of the law under various criminal and immigration statutes. It is currently supporting more than 135 criminal investigations into suspected human rights violators and is pursuing more than 1,750 leads and removal cases involving suspected human rights violators from 95 different countries.”
