Monday evening, Politico published the following, purported to be a draft opinion by Justice Samuel Alito in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health. The opinion, if genuine, reads as though the votes are in and Roe v. Wade was overturned by a majority of the Court’s Justices. As Liberty Nationreported last year, the case could result in Roe’s demise.
