What will Joe Biden owe if he indeed becomes president? Leftist organizations will not likely be shy in letting him know.
Big Money to Harvest Big Cities
As former Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell explained in an excellent primer for Breitbart on how Democrats achieved the enormous early-morning Nov. 4 results that suddenly catapulted a flagging Biden ahead of President Donald Trump in the crucial states of Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin:
“Earlier this year, just as it was becoming clear that Joe Biden would be the Democratic Party’s nominee for president, [Barack Obama’s former campaign manager and senior adviser David] Plouffe published a book outlining his vision for the Democrats’ roadmap to victory in 2020, which involved a ‘block by block’ effort to turn out voters in key Democratic strongholds in the swing states that would ultimately decide the election, such as Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Detroit, and Minneapolis.
“The book was titled, ‘A Citizen’s Guide to Defeating Donald Trump,’ and it turned out that the citizen Plouffe had in mind was none other than his former boss, Mark Zuckerberg.”
Blackwell details how various acts enabled by the Facebook CEO’s vast wealth could be utilized to inflate that urban vote. The funding was so precisely targeted, Blackwell writes, that it “dictated exactly how elections were to be conducted, down to the number of ballot drop boxes and polling places.”
Never About National Outreach
The planning for this may have been in the works for far longer. In November 2017, the influential leftist group Democracy Alliance hosted a secretive conference of progressive power players in Washington, D.C., to coordinate a strategy for the 2020 election. The Washington Free Beacon reports Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) personally introduced globalist billionaire and international electioneering tour de force George Soros via video message at the conference.
It is perhaps now clear why Harris, who appeared to add little to the Biden ticket in the general campaign in terms of attracting moderate and undecided swing-state voters, became Biden’s running mate. Was it because the progressive moneymen were calling the shots in 2020?
This may highlight the profound significance of the Democratic gubernatorial candidacies of Stacey Abrams in Georgia and Andrew Gillum in Florida in 2018. For Republicans, warning signs should have abounded after these two wildly radical progressives came within a whisker of winning in states far removed from the leftist characteristics of San Francisco. For Democrats, these two races provided a roadmap moving forward.
The staggeringly low-energy Biden campaign appeared to confirm that the political establishment that elevated him to the Democratic nomination had learned little from its Hillary Clinton catastrophe in 2016. Even after the spectacular failure of four years ago, the Swamp tried again to sell its retread act to the American people. But the establishment did seem to have figured out how to change the inner workings of the game. As we wrote in November 2018 of the Abrams and Gillum alarums:
“Those gravely concerned about the undue influence of Soros, [billionaire Tom] Steyer, and other powerful progressive money behemoths on our elections must be feeling discouraged. They were counting on Florida and Georgia voters to send a decisive message to these well-heeled influencers that money can’t buy entire states. Instead, the opposite happened.”
This further explains the bizarre Democratic presidential primary season of 2019-early 2020, which appeared to be a vast loyalty test to a radical progressive agenda so extreme that it could never hope to win over mainstream voters in a general election.
Perhaps the globalist progressive elites settled on Biden to be the placeholder after becoming convinced, late in the primary season, that they couldn’t pull off their Big City Battleground machinations with Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) as nominee. They apparently concluded that with an avowed socialist as flag-bearer, too many crucial states on Nov. 3 would end up like Florida and Texas – with Trump holding leads from in-person voting so large that they could not be overcome with inner-city machinations.
If Trump is ultimately defeated, the Soros-Steyer-Zuckerberg nexus will have delivered for the underwhelming Biden. The radical organizations under its umbrella will then have their day. They are already preparing bills for services rendered. Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors, who has said of her organization “we are trained Marxists,” has personally written Biden to demand a meeting to discuss what his administration will do for BLM.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and the rest of the Squad vow to hold Biden’s feet to the fire, making sure he champions a staunchly progressive agenda on their timeline as president. All early indications are they have no reason to fret. Biden’s transition team and reported administration appointees are chock-full of radical stylings.
“What we understood in this election was that we had one job,” Squad member Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) told CNN on Nov. 9. “That one job was to get rid of Trump.”
We may not know the specific details yet, but we know this “one job” was accomplished on progressive turf. We can name who funded the operation and identify the radical causes they finance. Biden could never become president without them. If he does make his way into the White House, what favor can he possibly refuse?
