Call it happenstance, call it coincidence, or as James Bond author Ian Fleming once wrote, "three times is enemy action." The fact that all 50 states and D.C. having certified their votes occurs on the very same day that stories about a Hunter Biden investigation begin to resurface seems somewhat more than just an accident of circumstance.
For weeks, news of Hunter Biden and anything related to a potential scandal was buried by the legacy media despite the New York Post bombshell into his business dealings and laptops filled with potential Kompromat. CNN's last major reportage on the matter occurred on October 30 and took the opportunity to not delve into what has the potential to be the scandal of the year, but rather to lambast Republicans for their efforts, writing, "some Republicans in recent days have lamented that the Hunter Biden story has failed to catch on outside of conservative circles."
The author concluded that:
"Even though the Hunter Biden pseudo-scandal has fallen flat, we can expect to see future returns to the family corruption well again and again. That's because many on the right seem to have absorbed [Peter] Schweizer's approach -- as [Steve] Bannon put it in an interview, to 'flood the zone with sh--' -- to politics."
Network President Jeff Zucker's star is once more on the rise with the channel's ratings surpassing Fox News for the first time since 9/11.
A prominent newspaper from the nation's capital notes that the FBI had been seeking to talk with Hunter "as well as serve subpoenas on Hunter Biden and his associates." That the FBI would purposely remain silent on a case that has not only criminal implications but also national security ones should be a cause for concern.
In a statement, Hunter declares that he only learned of the investigation on Tuesday and that he is "confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors."
Now that the mainstream media Goliaths deem the election a done deal, multiple outlets are publishing stories into a Hunter Biden investigation, detailing the subpoenas and interviews taking place. What a shock. Headlines such as "Federal criminal investigation into Hunter Biden focuses on his business dealings in China," "Hunter Biden tax probe examining Chinese business dealings," and "Hunter Biden under investigation over his taxes and China links," could well be from the pages of the New York Post itself.

Not to be left alone, ABC also led with a story on Hunter Biden: "Hunter Biden, long a GOP political target, reveals he is subject of federal tax probe." Well, well, well. Again, was this a road to Damascus moment for the news outlet, or a revisiting of truths long-buried? ABC notes that:
"A separate source with knowledge of the investigation said the tax probe began in 2018, and that the U.S. Attorney's Office in Delaware waited to notify Hunter Biden's legal team due to sensitivities around the 2020 presidential election."
So the U.S. Attorney's Office in Delaware chose not to notify the subject of a two-year investigation because it could have upset the election applecart? It appears that it was not merely the media that was running cover for the Biden family.
Jake Tapper took to the Twitterwaves with his apparently breaking story, only to be lambasted by former Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell, who pointed out that:
"This story broke in October.
You didn't do it then."
Correctly, Grenell highlights that the right-leaning conservatarian media covered this (and other potentially scandalous actions) more than a month ago and were met with a blank wall of silence and even social media suppression. But for the MSM, it was not censorship by Big Tech that kept them quiet; it was editorial decisions based on political ideology that encouraged them to stay schtum on a story they knew full well could impact the election. They were acting as Biden surrogates.
The re-emergence of the Hunter Biden scandal speaks volumes not only on the integrity of the legacy media and the FBI but, more specifically, to their honesty. They knew that the story would be damaging; they knew that the investigation was taking place, yet they purposely chose to keep it from the American public. The media wants you blind and compliant, and the monolithic hierarchy within its realm deems you too ignorant to make up your own minds.
