House Committee on Oversight & Reform Republicans released an interim staff report on November 17, 2022, that explains the findings of their investigation to date. It says they have uncovered “evidence demonstrating deliberate, repeated deception of the American people, abuse of the Executive Branch for personal gain, use of government power to obstruct the investigation and prevent transparency, and potential violations of the United States Constitution’s Foreign Emoluments Clause” on the part of President Joe Biden.
