Unspeakable Horrors from Sealed Planned Parenthood Videos?

The man who exposed Planned Parenthood's grisly role in selling the body parts of aborted babies for profit is calling on a federal judge to remove a gag order placed on him so he can release "probably a solid dozen" more videos.

Center for Medical Progress (CMP) lead investigator David Daleiden told reporters that the unreleased videos include "some of the most damning and incriminating tapes that we ever recorded."

Daleiden has filed a motion to have a gag order issued on behalf of the National Abortion Federation (NAF) dismissed. The NAF in July dropped seven of the 11 claims it made against Daleiden in a 2015 lawsuit and the undercover investigator is seeing light at the end of the tunnel in his attempts to release the remaining videos.

“Seven down; four to go,” Charles LiMandri, attorney for the Freedom of Conscience Defense Fund, which is defending Daleiden along with the Thomas More Society, said in a statement.

FDA Harvesting Babies

Despite the outrage generated by the horrific callousness displayed by Planned Parenthood officials in already released CMP videos, the harvesting of unborn babies for medical research still continues unabated, with the federal government an active participant.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced in July that it will be acquiring “fresh” human fetal tissue for use in research on “humanized mice” with human immune systems, Terence P. Jeffrey at CNSNews.com reports.

Jeffrey notes that researchers believe the "humanized mice" experiments can only be performed with human "fetal material" harvested from aborted unborn babies.

"Thus, by issuing a contract to acquire human fetal tissue to use in making mice with human immune systems, the FDA is using federal tax dollars to create a demand for human body parts that must be taken from babies who are aborted," Jeffrey concludes.

Implicated Company Involved

The ghoulish company Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR) will be providing the baby parts to the FDA's researchers.

Daleiden, in a statement, noted that ABR is "under federal investigation right now for colluding with Planned Parenthood to sell aborted baby parts for profit."

He continued:

It is unconscionable that the United States government is still paying top-dollar in taxpayer money for the freshest, most high-quality dismembered baby hearts, lungs, livers, and brains. By custom-ordering late-term aborted baby body parts for sale from Planned Parenthood partners like ABR, the FDA is directly complicit in these abortions and implies that these kids are worth more to the U.S. Government dead than alive.

Fair Hearing?

Liberty Nation's James Fite noted in 2017 that the CMP gag order case may have repercussions for "ongoing investigations into organizations that operate in the shadows and need the light to shine on their nefarious activities."

It's rather disturbing, then, that Daleiden's attorneys have listed strong signs of a pro-abortion bias on the part of the federal judge hearing the case.

“Evidence of Judge [William] Orrick’s bias includes sitting on the board of a family planning clinic that partners with Planned Parenthood and allowing his wife to use his image to demonize David and CMP on social media, likening them to ‘extremists’ who incite ‘domestic terrorism,” the lawyers said in a July motion to have a new judge assigned to the case.

With a pro-abortion federal judge and the federal government actively involved in harvesting unborn babies for medical research, can Daleiden hope to get a fair hearing, and can the American people hope to get a chance to view for themselves the full details of the undercover investigation that rocked Planned Parenthood?
