The 8-1 decision allows the National Archives to comply with the committee’s request.

The Supreme Court has denied President Trump’s request for an injunction against the January 6 Congressional Committee request for presidential records, including schedules, visitor and call logs, and notes from former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows.

The district and circuit courts both ruled against the former president, and on Wednesday, Jan. 19, the High Court announced its 8-1 ruling against Trump. Only Justice Clarence Thomas would have granted the former president’s request to prevent the disclosure of the documents.

Liberty Nation believes you should have all the facts without the spin. As such, we republish the ruling in full.
