"The team has to date been unable to identify a person responsible by a preponderance of the evidence." In other words, "I can't find the leaker." That is the message from Gail Curley, Marshal of the United States Supreme Court, who the Chief Justice of the United States, John Roberts, tasked with investigating the leak of the draft opinion of Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization. The preliminary opinion on the abortion case was leaked to and published by Politico, a first for the Supreme Court.
