Nancy Pelosi has implemented an impeachment investigation, apparently due to rumors that President Trump broke the law by withholding funds from Ukraine unless political favors were given. Shortly before Pelosi's announcement, President Trump decided to release the full, unredacted transcript of his phone call with Ukrainian President Zelensky.
