Illegals Crime Report – May 30 – June 5

LA’s Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Department and ICE team up to capture a Honduran murderer on the run.

Illegal Immigration is more than just a political talking point; the left seems determined to make us an open-border country no matter the cost. Each week, Liberty Nation recognizes the Americans who must pay it.

Illegal Alien Wanted for Murder in Home Country Apprehended

Livingston Parish, LA

In March, Livingston sheriff’s deputies conducted a routine traffic stop but the driver fled on foot and officers were unable to locate him. It wasn’t until later that they caught up to the suspect and discovered that Wilson Gerardo Alvarado-Pacheco was in the United States illegally – and wanted for murder in Honduras.

The passenger at the time of the traffic stop was 18-year-old Junior Nolasco, who was held on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.  During a search of the vehicle, deputies found a passport belonging to Alvarado-Pacheco and, after investigating, discovered that he had been the driver that had escaped on foot and that both he and Nolasco were in the U.S. illegally from Honduras.

Thankfully, Louisiana police are not restricted from working with federal law enforcement, as their sanctuary city counterparts are, and Border Patrol was notified. The suspect was apprehended in May. Chief Border Patrol Officer Gregory Bovino said:

“The arrest of Pacheco is noteworthy in several ways. First, the arrest of this dangerous international fugitive highlights the dedication and motivated attitude of the team at the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office. We value our partnership with the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office, and look forward to continuing to work with them to keep dangerous criminals off the street. Second, the arrest of Pacheco highlights the concern of many that an illegal alien wanted for murder in another country was living freely, undetected in our community until coming into contact with Livingston Parish Deputies and Border Patrol Agents.”

Alvarado-Pacheco, who is now in Border Patrol custody, is being held on charges of reckless operation of a vehicle, theft, resisting an officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

North Carolinians for Immigration Reform and Enforcement (NCFIRE)

May 2019

Each month, NCFIRE posts a list of sexual crimes committed against children by illegal immigrants. The numbers are staggering – especially considering they’re just for one state.  Just take a look at the previous three months’ worth of statistics.

March 2019:

  • 14 illegal immigrants were arrested
  • 45 charges of child rape and sexual abuse

April 2019:

  • 26 illegal immigrants were arrested
  • 95 charges of child rape and sexual abuse

May 2019:

  • 25 illegal immigrants were arrested
  • 43 charges of child rape and sexual abuse

Add those numbers to the previously convicted immigrants listed above, and that still barely represents a drop in the bucket of just how many children are being sexually abused by people who shouldn’t have been here to begin with.

Sanctuary cities and states are only making it easier for predators to remain in our country while preying on our children.

Remember to check back next week for the next installment of our illegals crime watch.
