Lawyers for Hunter Biden have reached a deal with federal prosecutors on the long-standing charges against the first son of firearm and tax crimes. On Tuesday, June 20, the Department of Justice filed a letter with a federal court in Delaware. It indicates Biden will plead guilty to two misdemeanor charges of failing to pay taxes in 2017 and 2018; some sources are reporting the amount in question is for tax payments on income of $1.2 million for both years. The court will need to approve the agreement.
