Lawyers for Hunter Biden have reached a deal with federal prosecutors on the long-standing charges against the first son of firearm and tax crimes. On Tuesday, June 20, the Department of Justice filed a letter with a federal court in Delaware. It indicates Biden will plead guilty to two misdemeanor charges of failing to pay taxes in 2017 and 2018; some sources are reporting the amount in question is for tax payments on income of $1.2 million for both years. The court will need to approve the agreement.
Liberty Nationbelieves you should have all the facts without the spin. As such we republish the letter and the documents related to Hunter's gun charge here in full.
