The federal government’s shipping of illegal migrants into states across the nation continues unabated. New police bodycam footage released under a Freedom of Information Act request exposes the lengths to which the Biden administration is willing to go in order to keep the facts from the American public.
In the 51-minute video, Police Sgt. Michael Hamborsky questions uncooperative contractors as to what’s happening on a Westchester restricted airfield. Filmed back on August 13, 2021, the footage appears to show government contractors who admit they are in the process of transporting illegal immigrants. When asked what the big secret is and why this is happening in the dead of night without information being given to the local authorities, an unnamed contractor replies, “You know why. Because if this gets out, the government is betraying the American people.”
Secrets, Secrets
Officer Hamborsky asks a bus driver waiting to take the illegal migrants on to their next destination where he is heading, to which the driver replies he “doesn’t know,” and that those in charge “never” provide him that information. This level of secrecy appears multi-layered. One of the contractors is asked why such an operation is taking place at a small airport like Westchester. “You don’t want to be in somewhere the spotlight is,” comes the reply. “You want to try and be as down low as possible. A lot of this is just down-low stuff that we don’t tell people because what we don’t want to do is attract attention. We don’t want the media. Like we don’t even know where we’re going when they tell us.”
But who are these contractors and who do they work for?
Along with the estimated 140-plus migrants on the plane are 12 “chaperones” who work for MVM, Inc., a private security firm with strong ties to the CIA and the NSA. Last year, MVM signed a multi-million-dollar contract with the government to house and transport illegal migrants – ostensibly family units – to various places around the country. But this is not the company’s first contract. Since 2014, MVM has received hundreds of millions of dollars under contracts with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to ferry unaccompanied minors from the custody of Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Despite being paid handsomely courtesy of the American taxpayer, there remains a wall of secrecy that even law enforcement officers can’t penetrate. Hamborsky asks to see the identification of one of the contractors, who responds, “I can give you my state ID, but work IDs we’re not allowed to,” and insists that they are also not permitted to have their pictures taken. “Un-f–—ng-believable. And who’s that by? DHS?,” Hamborsky asks. “Yes, and the United States Army. You’re on a federal installation but DHS wants everything on the down-low,” the unidentified contractor replies.
A Continuing Cover-Up
When similar footage of “Biden Air” flights in Scranton, PA, came out at Christmas, Fox Nation host Tomi Lahren encapsulated what many are beginning to suspect. She said of the ever-growing border crisis:
“Why fly these flights in the middle of the night? Why are these BidenAir Flights [or] ghost flights as you say, if they are so proud of the open border agenda – then let the American people see it.
“I think they realize that the American people are not down with this invasion. They are not OK with our country being invaded by millions of illegal immigrants, so they have to do this fly-by-night tactic: Too bad, we are starting to catch on.”
In November last year, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ public safety czar, Larry Keefe, warned that “Over 70 air charter flights [on] jetliner airliners coming from the southwest border have landed at Jacksonville International Airport … On average, there’s 36 passengers on each of these flights. And that has been going on over the course of the summer through September.”
“We’re in a sad situation of trying to run an investigation. Who is facilitating this travel? How are they getting here? Who are the support people? Who are the sponsors?” Keefe asked.

An Implausible Defense
When pressed on the “midnight flights” that were exposed by the New York Post’s Miranda Devine last year, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki insisted that all was above board. She outlined that, “It is our legal responsibility to safely care for unaccompanied children until they can be swiftly unified with a parent or a vetted sponsor. That’s something we take seriously.” “We have a moral obligation to do that and deliver on that.”
Psaki continued, “As a part of the reunification process our Office of Refugee Resettlement facilitates travel for children in its custody to their families or sponsors across the country.”
And yet it is not children that are being filmed, it is predominantly single male adults.
As was widely reported this week, a Fox journalist recorded a number of adult male migrants being dropped at an unmarked processing center in Brownsville, TX. The men were then released from the building and sent on their way, some in cabs, others to airports under their own steam. Several admitted to having illegally crossed the border that morning courtesy of payments to cartels.
No Transparency
The Biden administration promised that it would bring “trust and transparency” back to government. This appears to be one more promise that the president has broken. Secret flights, secret projects, and hand-wringing obfuscation by the White House is not – by any definition – transparent governance.
President Biden has exacerbated the migrant crisis at the border, and rather than seek to fix it, he instead has chosen to pursue midnight flights to disseminate adult male migrants throughout the United States and avoid accountability. Lies and secrets, and it’s all on the taxpayer dollar.
