It appears the only effort the Biden administration has put forward to solve COVID since occupying the White House is to scare the dickens out of everyone. And who better to ramp up year-end fear, distracting the nation from months of unmitigated disasters, than the adviser to President Joe Biden on all things pandemic?

It’s clearly orchestrated poetry. Is he a tad bit green? Does he have yellow eyes? He’s been observed attempting to purloin the heart and soul of happy folks, abusing dogs, and changing his message as often as his skivvies (we hope). This week, he is impudently trying to steal Christmas. If you look closely, one can see the not-so-subtle similarities between Dr. Anthony Fauci and the Grinch – and it’s that time of year to terrorize Whoville.
The latest doctrine handed down: “People should, if they invite people over their home, essentially ask and maybe require that people show evidence that they are vaccinated.” Granny, get the jello mold and your papers in order!
Message? We Don’t Need a Stinking Message
It’s safe to say that the propagandizing of the pandemic in 2020 by soundbite-spewing talking heads helped propel a lackluster, nearly invisible candidate with a record of plagiarism, lying, more lying, and racism to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Scaring people is effective. And perhaps that explains the creepy communique emanating from the White House these days.
On the campaign trail, Biden spoke of a “dark winter,” and now, ensconced behind the Resolute Desk, the man and his team are sticking with the bleak imagery. During a press briefing by the White House COVID-19 Response Team and public health officials, a message was released just in time for the New Year: “For the unvaccinated, you’re looking at a winter of severe illness and death for yourselves, your families, and the hospitals you may soon overwhelm.” Again with the death angle.
The last president to doom and gloom us to death was the devout and morally pious 39th leader of the Free World, Jimmy Carter. As former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich tweeted:
“President Biden’s warning of a ‘winter of severe illness and death’ makes President Jimmy Carter’s ‘malaise’ speech urging Americans to lower expectations seem a cheerful upper by contrast. So how do Democrats run as the party of ‘severe illness and death’?”
Well, we know how that worked out for the one-termer: A cheerful, hopeful, affable Ronald Reagan beat the pants off Carter in 1980. Much like Mr. Grinch, who found that people prefer to embrace a bright future, the Fauci fear factor is wrong for America — but suitable for the Biden administration.
C’mon, Man – It Ain’t the Plague
Recent studies have shown that the latest COVID-19 variant, Omicron, might be the least potent of them all. Liberty Nation’s International Correspondent Caroline Adana reported recently:
“For the United States, it means the pandemic could be over by the end of January 2022. The data currently indicate that the pressure on the health care system will not reach the levels of early 2020. More research is needed before stringent conclusions can be drawn, but the data currently support the most optimistic interpretation. In 2022, COVID-19 could join the ranks of the common cold as yet another seasonal nuisance.”
[memberzone align=”left”] So, why the furrowed brow, Mr. Biden? Is this the strategy Democrats believe they need to keep the rubber stamping in the Swamp for another two years? Americans can only stand so much, and a surge of folks are allowing their common sense and hopeful natures to overtake this administration’s overblown doomsday prophecies.
Even after Mr. Grinch stole Christmas, it did not deter the celebrations of the residents of Whoville. Instead, the power of positivity and promise finally won out, and the result? “[H]is small heart grew three sizes that day. And then the true meaning of Christmas came through, and the Grinch found the strength of ten Grinches plus two.”
Biden may be correct in prophesizing a cold and deadly season — that is his agenda. This could be the ultimate winter of our discontent, and it will be resolved in November 2022 at the voting booth.
