Illegal Immigrant Raped 7-Year-Old Girl
Culpepper County, PA
Another youth’s innocence has been violated by an illegal immigrant, this time in Pennsylvania. Oscar Ramirez, 33, was arrested and charged with one count of rape of a child under the age of 13. The victim, a seven-year-old girl, was raped On April 6 or 7, according to reports.
Ramirez has been in the country illegally at least since 2006, when he failed to report to an immigration hearing. ICE placed a detainer on the suspect after his arrest. He will be deported after serving any sentences rendered in this case.
Culpeper Sheriff Scott Jenkins called it “another example of America’s need for secure borders and repair of our broken immigration system.”

Woman Murders Man with Vehicle
Fort Worth, TX
A night at the OK Corral night club turned deadly after an illegal alien allegedly ran over a man – not once, but twice. The victim, 30-year-old Emmanuel Ramirez, was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to reports, the 33-year-old suspect, Laura Rosas, had some type of altercation inside the club with her alleged victim. Later, Rosas and an unidentified female passenger were in the suspect’s car in the parking lot when Ramirez emerged. Rosas then reportedly drove towards the victim and struck him with the vehicle, knocking him to the ground. She then ran him over again and fled the scene.
Rosas was found and arrested later the same day and is being held on the charge of murder at the Tarrant County Jail. ICE has also issued a detainer on her.
Authorities Searching for Illegal Alien Wanted for Hit And Run
Knoxville, TX
Juan Francisco
Authorities are searching for, and asking for public assistance in locating, illegal immigrant Juan Francisco – a suspect in a hit and run that killed a woman in Knoxville, TX on April 8. The Knoxville Police Department (KPD) said Francisco was driving a 1998 Dodge pickup truck “in the vicinity of Custom Foods at 3600 Pleasant Ridge Road when he struck the victim Debbie Burgess with his vehicle.”
Francisco has been in the country illegally since at least 2002, according to a warrant issued after he had been charged with theft. He has a history of criminal offenses that includes reckless driving in 2004 and a DUI in 2017.
