Texas AG Sues Pfizer Says Covid-19 Vaccine Claims False Deceptive – READ IN FULL

Texas’ Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton announced a suit, today, November 30,  against pharmaceutical giant Pfizer in a state court. The copy of the complaint, posted on the AG’s website, includes claims that Pfizer “unlawfully misrepresented” its Covid-19 vaccine’s effectiveness, and “intimidated those who spread the truth,” about the vaccine.
