Tommy Robinson, citizen journalist and activist, sits surrounded by the very gangs he was exposing in a British prison after being arrested, tried, and sentenced in a matter of hours — and that has U.S. Representative Paul Gosar (R-AZ) calling for President Trump to intervene on Robinson’s behalf.
In a recent direct Twitter message to the president, Gosar stated that our once greatest ally, the British government, “seems more interested in covering up rape than seeking truth.”

Gosar also expended his time on the House Floor to express his concerns in an official manner, on the record, to his fellow Members of Congress:
“Mr. Robinson, a British activist and journalist, was arrested and jailed for simply filming outside a public courtroom, and was sentenced to 13 months for this “crime.” His real crime is not taking pictures; his real crime is his refusal to agree to the government’s efforts to cover up crimes by Muslim gangs who are raping British girls.”
How is this a Civilized World?
Western nations have been self-victimized by political correctness and the fear of insulting the different cultural practices of those who have migrated to their shores. Nowhere is this more evident than in Great Britain.
Case in point, the arrest of Kevin Crehan, of inner-city Bristol, England, for the heinous hate crime of leaving a bacon sandwich outside of Jamia Mosque. Crehan was sentenced to one year in prison but was found DEAD in his cell, halfway through his sentence.

Meanwhile, grooming gangs are roaming free throughout the nation, raping young girls at will, and having the government downplay and seemingly cover-up their heinous crimes in fear of insulting Islam.
As Tommy Robinson attempted to film and live stream one of these accused gangs, he was summarily carted off for disturbing the peace.
Frankly, the good citizens of the U.K. need a solid uprising to stem the takeover of their country before we see a rise in such Islamist practices.
Recently, Liberty Nation’s Mark Angelides and Laura Valkovic were on site at Trafalgar Square to cover the “Free Tommy Robinson” rally where they discovered internet communications were interrupted in and around the protest area, including the area outside the Prime Minister’s residence, 10 Downing Street, making live streaming near to impossible. And when that happens, as their current course appears to predict, the United States will step in again, as history repeats, to liberate an ally.
Histrionics or Math? You Decide
Muslim migration has exploded in Great Britain and according to Pew Research Center:
“Overall, an estimated 43 percent of all migrants to the UK between mid-2010 and mid-2016 were Muslims. Relatively few recent immigrants to the UK (60,000) were refugees, but more than 1.5 million regular migrants arrived there in recent years.”
Most Muslims are peaceful, but with a friendly, if not lackadaisical government wishing to avoid offending their sensibilities, Islamist extremists will tag along and take root.
The threat is real. The reaction of government is either complacent or complicit, but either way, it’s a course that requires an immediate reversal or else Great Britain will find itself in a pickle worthy of extreme civil unrest.
Gosar’s concerns are not hysteria or Islamaphobic as detractors will say. 
The United States should stand up against the oppressive government policies that have imprisoned Tommy Robinson for seeking and espousing the truth — however unpleasant and embarrassing for London and Great Britain. Unless memories have been stunted and history completely erased, a small group of colonists took on the Empire and quashed oppression a few hundred years ago.
Perhaps there is to be another uprising by the regular Geeves and Gillians in Great Britain. And if that prediction comes to fruition, America should be at the ready to take up arms, once again, in defense of freedom.
