The Supreme Court has ruled on the requests to suspend the federal vaccine mandates. The justices ordered that the OSHA mandate for companies with more than 100 employees will not go into effect as planned. They ruled 6-3 that while the case challenging its constitutionality makes its way through the lower courts, the government cannot enforce it. Regarding the mandate for federal health care workers, the court ruled 5-4 that it can be enforced while the lower courts handle the challenge.
