Mad Max and ‘Black Power’ Protest – Weak

by | Jul 24, 2018 | Politics

Self-identifying as “black power,” a handful of protesters dressed in what they must have assumed was traditional African garb, squirted a stolen American flag with lighter fluid, struck a match, and while caterwauling messages of hate, danced around the tiny funeral pyre, periodically poking it with a leafy stick.  No doubt, the switch was also stolen.

Members of the United Union of Roofers, Waterproofers, and Allied Workers Local No. 36, rallied a few goons who stopped a passing truck and attempted to forcibly remove the passengers, but were met with might.  They settled for swiping the flag as the truck inched past.

All of this nonsense took place in front of the Los Angeles office of Representative Maxine Waters (D-CA), violence inciter-in-chief, to counter protest a national organization planned rally against Mad Max.

But calmer heads bent in conversation with local law enforcement prevailed.  And with keeping the peace in mind, the national non-partisan group, Oath Keepers, cancelled their protest rally against Waters and went home.

OMG Oath Keepers are NAZIS

Are the liberals and legacy media so enraged for a loss to a man who is keeping his promises that they will blatantly lie and incite violence rather than self-educate?

Yes, that was a rhetorical question.  Why research when someone will hand out talking points during the Jerry Springer Show and The View.

The Oath Keepers were founded during President Obama’s first term during one of his world butt-kissing tours, which included literally bowing to our enemies.  Americans opposed to surrender of their country decided to prepare for the worst–case scenario.  But they are not inciters of violence: They are peacekeepers:

“Oath Keepers is a non-partisan association of current and formerly serving military, police, and first responders, who pledge to fulfill the oath all military and police take to “defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” That oath, mandated by Article VI of the Constitution itself, is to the Constitution, not to the politicians, and Oath Keepers declare that they will not obey unconstitutional orders, such as orders to disarm the American people, to conduct warrantless searches, or to detain Americans as “enemy combatants” in violation of their ancient right to jury trial.”

Now they have done their homework.

Of course, print and web media scrambled to find fault with the group who chose peace over violence.

The headline of the Los Angeles’ Times screamed, “Oath Keepers break their promise, bail on planned far-right protest at Maxine Waters’ office.”  They went on to call the group “far right wing,” calling Waters’ a “bit of a bugbear,” while attempting to liken the event as a community celebration: “For much of this time, the mood remained festive.”  Yeah, my community’s festive events always include attempting to hijack a vehicle and burn Old Glory.  Doesn’t everyone’s?

You just can’t make this stuff up.

Mad Maxine’s America

Organizer of the goon squad, Cliff Smith, took a moment from his precious campfire time to opine:

“We’re here to defend our community and the members of our union against the hostile threat of this violent organization that’s coming into our neighborhood with an agenda that is opposed to our interests.”

Wasn’t the event originally scheduled to protest Waters’ calls for violence against conservative, peaceful, Americans?  Let me refresh:

“If you see anybody from that [Trump] Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere.”

Silly, ignorant, easily led by the nose liberals.

Maxine Waters

Yeah, they are a much different breed than you, Mr. Smith; Oath Keepers are opposed to violence and the defamation of an American symbol.  There is no history of any hostile threat, rather their biased reputation was assigned through the histrionics of the violent left.

And what does that peaceful “bugbear” Mad Max have to say about this lack of brains and decorum? She issued an earlier statement saying, “It is best and preferable if no other demonstrations are scheduled on the same date and time as the Oath Keepers’ planned protest.”

Ooh, strongly worded, indeed.  You go girl.

In Maxine’s America, it is just fine and dandy to burn the flag, to attempt to hijack a truck, to name call and incite violence against the President of the United States and those who support his agenda — then plead ignorance and oppression.  And when the constituency of this chaotic, deceitful, and traitorous woman claims open season on those who she disagrees with, it is indeed time to call her out, peacefully protest against her, and drive her out of office.

We have that right – we have that responsibility.
