As the pollster points out:

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll sponsored by Liberty Nation for Saturday shows that 51% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Forty-eight percent (48%) disapprove.
The latest figures include 39% who Strongly Approve of the job Trump is doing and 41% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -2.
Polling Perspective:
- At the same time in 2016, President Obama’s Approval Rating was 49%.
- In 2012, Obama’s Approval Rating in late October was 48%.
