Some things in life bare repeating. Such is the case with this brief segment on the Tucker Carlson show featuring Academy Award-winning actor Richard Dreyfuss. The 69-year-old asked to be on Carlson’s show to espouse his political beliefs.
As with many policy areas, Trump appears to lack an ideological position on the Second Amendment. Despite his strong expressions of support for gun-rights, he doesn’t seem to be an enthusiastic gun-rights advocate. More importantly, however, he does not have an anti-gun agenda.

In a rare and seemingly unprecedented move, the entire United States Senate has been called to the White House for a briefing on North Korea, Reuters reports. While briefing the legislature on foreign relations and matters of national security is not uncommon, this meeting is. Not only has the entire Senate been called, but the standard practice is for White House officials to go to the Senators, not the other way around.
Not content to abide by the law of the land, one Democrat is now actively trying to change it. Representative Earl Blumenauer (D-OR) recently submitted a bill to Congress that essentially rewrites the 25th amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
