Judge Scott McAfee has ruled today, March 15, that the district attorney overseeing the Georgia election fraud charges against former President Donald Trump can remain on the case if she removes lead prosecutor Nathan Wade. Fani Willis and Mr. Wade both testified that they had a romantic relationship but that it had started after he was appointed to the lucrative role. When news of the affair came to light, co-defendant Mike Roman asked that she be removed and that the prosecution be dropped.
