Illegals Crime Report – October 19-24

Illegal immigration may be a hot topic for politicians running for office, but as Americans, it should be an even greater area of concern. The left is determined to make us an open border country, allowing any and everyone in, no matter their criminal background. That’s why I feel it is important to highlight the serious crimes committed by so many illegal immigrants in this weekly report.

Week of October 19-24

This is not an analysis, but rather a report of the more serious crimes committed by illegal aliens. While there may have been many more, hundreds even, arrests of illegal aliens for simple infractions, here we concentrate only on the most dangerous of offenses.

Pablo Villavicencio

Illegal Alien That Media Championed Arrested for Domestic Violence

Hempstead, NY

Domestic violence is a serious issue, but not one seen much of in this column since there is usually no shortage of more violent crimes; however, this one deserved a little more attention. This is a case of public outcry for an illegal alien who was in danger of being deported but was allowed to stay – only to be arrested a couple of months later for allegedly abusing his wife.

On June 1, 2018, Pablo Villavicencio was arrested when he attempted to make a pizza delivery to the Fort Hamilton garrison in Brooklyn, NY.  A background check discovered an arrest warrant for immigration law violations. He had been ordered to leave the country in 2010. A federal judge temporarily blocked an order to deport him back to Ecuador.

News outlets covered the event, carrying the message that the threat of deportation was unjust. “The arrest was a flashpoint in the nation’s immigration debate and sparked protests to keep him with his family.”

But Villavicencio was later arrested after allegedly pushing his wife against a wall, slapping her, and knocking the phone out of her hand so that she could not call authorities.

Teresa Antonia Caceras-Rivera.

Woman Leaves Four Injured Children in Car

York County, NC

Teresa Antonia Caceras-Rivera, 25, is accused of driving under the influence and child endangerment after she allegedly crashed her vehicle and abandoned the four children, who were all injured, in the car.

According to reports, Caceras-Rivera’s vehicle went off the side of the road, hit an embankment, and then overturned. She was not injured and was arrested at the scene. She did not have a driver’s license. The relationship between Caceras-Rivera and the children is unclear, and she is being held at the York County Jail without bond.

Ramiro Garcia Flores

Man Strangles Woman in Front of Child

Fredericksburg, TX

Ramiro Garcia Flores, a 21-year-old possible illegal alien from Mexico, was accused of strangling his ex-girlfriend and leaving her three-year-old daughter alone at the scene with her mother’s body. Paola Lizzethe Guzman Aguilar, 22, was found unresponsive by family members in her apartment. The family members told authorities the couple had split, and witnesses said they had seen Flores driving by her apartment earlier that morning.

A third party said Flores had confessed to the murder and when authorities picked him up, he admitted to strangling Aguilar and leaving her child at the scene. His bond is currently set at $1 million.

Remember to check back next week for the next installment of our crime watch.
