Illegal immigration may be a hot topic for politicians running for office, but as Americans, it should be an even greater area of concern. The left is determined to make us an open border country, allowing any and everyone in, no matter their criminal background. That’s why I feel it is important to highlight the serious crimes committed by so many illegal immigrants in this weekly report.
Week of September 6 – September 12
This is not an analysis, but rather a report of the more serious crimes committed by illegal aliens. While there may have been many more, hundreds even, arrests of illegal aliens for simple infractions, here we concentrate only on the most dangerous of offenses.
This week has seen no shortage in crimes, but this first story sends chills up the spine. It is one of those disturbing stories that rally more support for the border wall and tougher immigration laws. It is an excellent example of the reason for this column.
Man Kills Pregnant Wife and Another
Phoenix, AZ
Dimas Coronado, 47, is an illegal immigrant from Mexico with a violent history. Now he is wanted in connection for three counts of homicide and two counts of kidnapping.

Coronado’s estranged wife, Oralia Nunez Gonzalez, 24, and her roommate, Omar Gonzalez, 34 (no relation), were discovered in their trailer home. Both victims had been gravely wounded and Omar Gonzalez was already deceased. Oralia, who was eight months pregnant, succumbed to her gunshot wounds shortly after. The homicide warrant for Coronado includes the death of the unborn child. Coronado is also being sought for reportedly kidnapping his two sons; eight-year-old Victor Coronado-Nunez and five-year-old Jonathan Coronado-Nunez, whom it is believed he took to Mexico with him.
According to law enforcement, Oralia and her two sons came to the United States less than two years ago on a visa, but Coronado entered illegally. The two had been separated for two months and police had been called multiple times for domestic violence occurrences. Ramon Nunez Gonzalez, Oralia’s brother, said Coronado had beaten her before and had sent death threats via text messages. The brother also said she had taken out a type of restraining order on her estranged husband.
Coronado has a violent past. He “reportedly worked as a cartel hitman and fled to the United States because a team of assassins from Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, were hunting him.” He is believed to be in Mexico with his two sons because of family in the area.

Man Shoots Store Owner Over Beer
Upper Darby, PA
Pablo Quintanilla, 24, is an illegal alien from Honduras who was scheduled for deportation at least once before. On September 8, Quintanilla, another man, and the convenience store owner got into an argument over an accusation of stolen beer. According to reports, Quintanilla then open fired on the shop owner, shooting him in the face and arm. The 57-year-old father and store owner survived and is recovering in the hospital.
Quintanilla was arrested on February 25, 2015 by the U.S. Border Patrol and was supposed to be deported back to Honduras on March 6, 2015. He is now being charged with criminal attempted murder, aggravated assault, and other related charges.
Man “Sorry” for Assaulting 8-Year-Old Girl
Polk County, FL
Wilibaldo Salinas Garcia, 29, said he is sorry for assaulting a young girl. He claims he doesn’t remember the incident, but his past sexual harassment charges argue against that bogus claim.
According to reports, Garcia “digitally penetrated [the minor girl] and forced her to touch him. The girl attempted to roll away, but he pulled her back over.” She was able to escape by claiming she needed to use the restroom, then hid there until he left her room.

Deputies confirmed Garcia admitted to the assault via a recorded phone conversation and text messages. In messages between the girl’s mother and Garcia, she accused him of assaulting her daughter and he said he was drunk, and didn’t remember the incident, and then had the audacity to apologize and offered to speak to the eight-year-old.
“She told me you touched her private part and you kissed her and she couldn’t breathe and now she is scared of you,” the mother texted to Garcia.
“I promise you it won’t happen again,” he answered, eventually.
The Sheriff’s office said Garcia’s criminal history includes loitering, marijuana possession, and charges for resisting arrest. When he was arrested for those alleged crimes, the National Crime Information Center and Florida Crime Information Center revealed Garcia was in the country illegally. In 2013, Garcia fled the country after becoming a suspect of sexually battering another girl in his family.
For this crime, he was charged with sexual battery on a child under 12 which, in Florida, is a capital felony. Garcia could face life in prison or the death sentence. A hold was placed on him at the request of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
