Judge Sullivan has finally dismissed the federal criminal charges against retired General Flynn. He did so on the basis that the presidential pardon Donald Trump granted Flynn, made the case against him moot. He included alongside his order of dismissal, a 43-page memo, which caps off the Judge's crusade-like determination to stand in judgment of Mr. Flynn, despite what the law and charging authorities demand.
