An Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Dallas, Texas, came under fire from a sniper shortly after 7:00 AM Central Time on Sept. 24. Three people were hit by gunfire, according to reports. A spokesperson for ICE said no agency personnel were hit. However, Department of Homeland Security boss Kristi Noem said there were multiple fatalities. Two people were killed, according to police.
The shooter was found deceased from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
