Not to be outdone in the Supersizing of Fear Sweepstakes, Johnson & Johnson’s CEO just introduced the idea that regular, annual vaccinations against a virus from which 99.74% of us will recover without issue may be necessary to protect America and all future civilizations from the viral apocalypse.
The New Flu Shot?
J & J CEO Alex Gorsky made comments during a recent television interview that effectively functioned as the trailer for a disaster movie already released a year ago that may never exit the theatres. Gorsky stated:
“I think most people feel that this will be something, where, likely for the next several years, we’ll be getting a COVID-19 shot, just like we would a flu shot. Exactly what that shot is going to be comprised of, I don’t think we know today. But, I think we can all imagine a future where we’re living with this, but we can keep the science at pace with the virus so we can keep on living our lives.”
Gorsky’s statement is a masterclass in marketing and manipulation. He floats an idea no one has really been considering – regular, annual COVID shots for everyone on earth – and blithely insists “most people feel” they will be necessary. His statement is a professional propagandist’s attempt at broaching the alarming notion that ongoing, universal vaccination against COVID will be the new normal so that it quickly segues into widely accepted conventional wisdom.
And you thought you just had to get that one experimental COVID vaccine?
But of course, like the Big Tech oligarchs who hide their true autocratic, pan-censorship agenda behind the protections afforded them by Section 230, Gorsky gets to hide his profit motive behind a concern for everyday Americans. Win-win for him and his shareholders.
Like the old Hollywood trick of smearing Vaseline on the camera lens to soften the features of actresses, Gorsky soft-sells getting the COVID vaccine routinely by likening it to getting an annual flu shot. No big deal – right? That is cold comfort, however, when you consider that the two shots share an unfortunate dovetail in the middle of a Venn diagram: the 2014-2015 flu shot was just 19% effective, while Peter Doshi, the associate editor of the British Medical Journal asserts that the COVID injection may be only 19% effective, according to the manufacturer’s own data.

Gorsky also elides over the fact that according to VAERS – the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System – over 500 people have died from the COVID-19 vaccine in approximately six weeks since it was rolled out. Can you imagine how quickly the vaccine would have been pulled off the market if it was a brand name drug instead of an injection? Phrases like “with alacrity,” “hastily,” and “at the speed of light” come to mind.
A 2010 Harvard study showed that VAERS represented just 1% of total vaccine injuries. If that holds true of the COVID injection as well, the current mortality rate for getting a shot that’s supposed to stop you from dying from the coronavirus may have to be adjusted upward from 500 to 50,000.
A Cure Worse Than the Disease
Gorsky further sidesteps the fact that everyone in the vaccine daisy chain, including big pharmaceutical manufacturers, doctors, nurses, health care professionals, pharmacists, and he, himself, all enjoy complete liability protection from any and all adverse events, including death resulting from having been administered the COVID vaccine. This total immunity is granted courtesy of the PREP Act and is virtually identical to the same immunity from vaccine injury lawsuits from which all these same players have benefited since 1988.
Un-scientist Alex Gorsky, who holds a business degree from the Wharton School, speculated the following while wearing an imaginary lab coat and a stethoscope:
“Every time it mutates, it’s almost like another click of the dial, so to speak, where we can see another variant, another mutation that can have an impact on its ability, for example, to fend off antibodies or to have a different kind of response not only to a therapeutic but also to a vaccine.”
It’s all about the Benjamins – I mean mutations. The revenue stream is seemingly endless for the many iterations and reiterations of the coronavirus jab and doubtless flows to the horizon like an infinity pool for the ultra-rich – something someone like, well, Alex Gorsky himself might return home to after a long day shilling for J & J.
Johnson & Johnson has just applied to the FDA for an emergency use authorization for its COVID-19 injection. Can you say “slam dunk?”
