On his radio show Monday, Rush Limbaugh cut through the noise about Facebook’s reported outrage over the Trump campaign’s collection of psychographic data on some 50 million users of the social media site. The firm hired to perform the data collection, Cambridge Analytica, has now been banned from Facebook, but as Rush pointed out through the use of a very revealing 2013 soundbite from Auntie Maxine Waters (D-CA), Barack Obama did exactly the same thing in his 2012 reelection campaign – as Maxine and the media applauded. Once again, the hypocrisy of the left is evident for all to see. Perhaps leftists and their handmaidens in the establishment media believe Republicans – and especially Trump – should not be allowed to employ the same techniques the left has used to win elections?
