In October of 2023, Special Counsel Robert Hur and his team interviewed Joe Biden over two days regarding his mishandling of government documents, some of which contained classified information. The documents date back to when Biden was a senator but include material from when he served as Barack Obama’s vice president. Most of these documents were stored in Mr. Biden’s house in Wilmington, DE, in his garage, and at another office. The transcript was made public today, March 12, in two parts: Day one and day two of the interview.
